SWITCH TASMANIA REFUND POLICY

When you work with Switch Tasmania, we guarantee that the services you receive from us will be:

  • provided with due care and skill
  • fit for the specified purpose
  • provided within a reasonable time

What if you change your mind before service commences?

If you change your mind before commencing the mentoring service as part of the Digital Solutions program you will be entitled to a full refund.

What happens if these guarantees are not met?

On the rare occasion that you are not happy with the service provided through the Digital Solutions program, we will work with you to provide the following before issuing a full refund.

  • A further service to rectify the problem.
  • Referral to another mentor within the Digital Solutions team to deliver a solution to the problem.
  • A refund if another service or referral cannot be met. Please note we will work hard to make sure a satisfactory outcome for the client is achieved before issuing a refund.
